6:00 AM - 7:00 AM

Start your day throwing combos. We'll work the bags, practice footwork, and get your heart rate up before most people hit snooze.

Powerlifting Fundamentals

12:00 PM - 1:15 PM

Squat, bench, deadlift - the big three. Perfect your form and build real strength that carries over to everything else.

Afterburn HIIT

6:30 PM - 7:30 PM

45 minutes of pure metabolic chaos. Circuit-based, high-energy, and guaranteed to leave you gassed in the best way.

Kickboxing Fusion

7:00 AM - 8:00 AM

Mix of Muay Thai and traditional kickboxing. You'll learn to kick properly and actually use your whole body as a weapon.

Lunch Hour Burn

12:00 PM - 12:45 PM

Quick and dirty bootcamp style. Get in, work hard, and get back to your day feeling like you actually did something.

Functional Strength Basics

5:30 PM - 6:30 PM

New to lifting? This one's for you. We'll teach you the basics and build a solid foundation without overwhelming you.

20 seconds on, 10 seconds off. Sounds easy until you're five rounds deep. Brutal but effective.
