How We Got Here

2018

Started in a Garage

Yeah, we're talking about that classic story. Just me, some beat-up equipment, and a crew of five people who believed in something different. No fancy machines, just pure work ethic and a ton of determination. We'd train at 5 AM because that's when the space was free.

2020

First Real Location

Found this old warehouse space on East Hastings. Wasn't pretty but it had character and enough room to actually move. Our membership hit 50 people who didn't care about Instagram-worthy gyms - they wanted results and real coaching.

2022

Brought in the Specialists

Added legit boxing coaches and strength specialists to the team. Not just certified trainers but people who'd actually competed, who knew what it meant to push past your limits. That's when things really leveled up for our members.

2024

Moved to Burrard

Took the leap and secured our current 8,000 sq ft facility. State-of-the-art equipment meets old-school training philosophy. We've got everything now but we haven't forgotten where we came from or why we do this.

2025

Building Community

Over 300 members strong now, and every single one brings something unique to the table. We're not just a gym anymore - we're a crew that shows up for each other, pushes each other, and celebrates the wins together.

What We Actually Believe

Look, we're not gonna tell you that fitness transforms your entire life overnight or that you'll suddenly become a different person. What we will tell you is this - when you show up consistently, work hard, and surround yourself with people who get it, things start to shift. You get stronger, more confident, more capable. And that stuff? It carries over into everything else.

We don't do gimmicks or 30-day quick fixes. We do the work that actually matters - building real strength, learning proper technique, pushing your conditioning, and creating habits that stick. Some days you'll love it, some days you'll hate it, but you'll always leave knowing you gave something real.
