Everyone starts somewhere, and honestly? Day one is the hardest day. After that, it just gets better. Our trainers know how to scale everything to match where you're at right now.

Keep it simple - water bottle, workout clothes you can move in, and clean indoor shoes. If you're trying boxing or kickboxing, we've got gloves and wraps you can borrow while you figure out if it's your thing. Once you're hooked (and trust me, you will be), we can help you pick out your own gear. Towel's always a good call too because yeah, you're gonna sweat.

We've got options that make sense for different schedules and goals. Unlimited monthly memberships if you're all-in, class packs if you want more flexibility, and personal training packages for one-on-one work. No crazy long-term contracts that trap you forever. Absolutely! We offer a trial session so you can see if the vibe works for you. It's basically a full class experience - no watered-down demo version. You'll meet some of our trainers, check out the space, and get a real feel for how we do things. Just shoot us a message or call ahead to book your spot because classes do fill up, especially evenings and weekends.

We're not about endless treadmill sessions or wandering around wondering what machine to use next. Everything here has purpose - combat training that makes you feel powerful, strength work that builds real functional muscle, and HIIT sessions that torch calories while keeping things interesting. Plus, you're not on your own. Our coaches are actively coaching, and the group energy is something else. People actually show up because they want to, not because they're forcing themselves.

Yeah, we do. Because let's be real - you can't out-train a bad diet. Our nutrition coaching isn't about weird restrictions or meal plans that make you miserable. It's practical stuff that actually fits into your life. We work with you to figure out what's sustainable, what supports your training goals, and what makes sense for your schedule. It's usually bundled with personal training packages, but we can do standalone nutrition work too.
